The owner of Anderson Mountain Rentals, Wendy Raines, began coming to Boone from Eastern North Carolina when she was a child with her family on vacation. She later came to attend Appalachian State University. Her parents joined her in Boone, and soon thereafter she and her mother began working in the Real Estate and New Construction area of business. In the early 90’s they added the management of vacation rentals to their company. Having been vacation property renters themselves prior to moving to the Boone area gave the team at Anderson Mountains Rentals an edge. They knew what was important to the renters and what kept the renters coming back year after year and that has not changed.

Anderson Mountain Rentals offers a full service management program. We provide services from one end of the spectrum to the other depending on the needs of the homeowner. Some of our owners live in other countries so they depend on us to take care of everything for the property from lawn care, repairs, property upkeep like pressure washing, staining and winterizing if needed. We other other homeowners that live next door to the homes we manage and they are very involved in taking care of their homes. We can customize the services we offer to you.
Property Management and Real Estate Services
In addition to property management we also offer real estate services. We have multiple brokers that are well versed in what properties would make a good rental investment as well as marketing any homes that are on our program. We are often contacted by buyers asking what properties we have with a good rental history that may be for sale. Should you as an owner on our program ever seek to obtain information about selling your home please check with us first.
