My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this cabin. The location is perfect and so peaceful. The description of the home matched all of my expectations and exceeded them. We certainly hope to stay there again!

This was the perfect place for our celebration with family and friends. This cabin was home away from home in luxury. From the start, Wendy was so helpful and quick with responses to my questions. Upon our arrival when we walked in we were super blown away of how beautiful this place was. It’s very private, spacious, clean, plenty of space for kids to play and has breathtaking views. This is the perfect place for large family get togethers! We will definitely be back and hopefully very soon.

What an incredible gated mountain community. Breathtakingly beautiful area and the cabin was adorable. Fantastic communications from owners and everything we needed right there-we didn't need to leave the cabin; the views from the deck were picture perfect. The bed was extremely comfortable-something you rarely find in an Air BNB. I would absolutely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay at Traders Gap! The hot tub was the star of the show. Nice selection of cookware for a cozy night in and had everything we needed. We were hit with a tremendous amount of snow unexpectedly and Wendy answered all of my concerns ASAP. Super private, super serene. Drive up is beautiful as well.

The Sugar Bear Chalet was as described. My family had a very nice stay to meet and celebrate the holidays a little early. We were able to relax and visit without any stress. The chalet had everything we needed. The location is very good as Boone is within a very doable distance. Close by are several grocery stores for necessities. If interested, there are little shops and flea markets all along the way to Boone. The host is communicative and helpful. We would definitely consider staying at Sugar Bear again or at one of the other cabins managed by this host.
